Tenant retention through hands-on, responsive management techniques minimizes expensive turnover. We are proud to report that we have retained many of our tenants since 1993. Last year, we completed a renewal of a tenant who has occupied the building since 1977. Our long-term relationship with many subcontractors enables our clients to receive priority status, which is necessary in emergency situations.

With our extensive statewide commercial property management experience, our team offers a wealth of knowledge on the subjects of due diligence, land use code, zoning, construction, architecture, civil design, storm water management, permitting, and much more.

Our average response time to tenants is less than a minute.

By implementing Yardi Systems, we’re providing our property owners with a competitive advantage. The state of the art asset and property management software allows us to manage each tenant’s account according to his or her lease while maintaining all pertinent information for each tenant, property, and lease.

This relational database enables us to produce financial, management, and tenant reports immediately with up-to-the-minute information and records pertaining to each tenant’s lease and each landlord’s request. All files within our network are scanned, backed up, and stored in multiple separate secure locations.

Our analytical abilities allow owners to see their position in the community, as well as determine absorption goals and disposition trends.
